The Nothing Stronger Story. Where do we start... Covid happened. Asked a friend to build a gym in her basement. Opened a gym in her basement. Dragged people down bulkhead stairs. First day I had 5 people. Got home. Jenn told me she was pregnant. Dragged more people down bulkhead stairs.
About to leave basement. Couple tore down the wall to keep us there. First baby is born. More people came. Second baby is born. Had to get a bigger space. Third baby is born. That’s where we are today. Okay, you ready for the full story now? Just kidding. Where we have been doesn’t matter as much as where we are going. We help adults get out of pain, feel strong, and enjoy the gym. Our gym is not for large group classes or people throwing barbells around aimlessly. We don’t cater to those who want to layer their bodies in chalk. If you think you are better than everyone else, we probably aren’t the gym for you either. We keep it small here, on purpose. No groups over 6 people per session. Finally, a place you can get the attention you want and the results you deserve. Each session is led by a coach who will personally coach you at each exercise. We’ll make sure you are doing each rep properly. Our members will tell you that we don’t train jerks. It’s true. Nothing Stronger is a proud, jerk free place. Where you can get the results you want with people you like being around.

At Nothing Stronger Gym and Sports Medicine we pride ourselves on delivering the best Small Group Personal Training in the South Shore. Groups are limited to 6 people per session. We are different from your typical gym that overcrowds and under delivers. It’s here you can get the attention you deserve and the results you expect. Nothing Stronger Sports Medicine offers an individual approach to patient care. After a Comprehensive Musculoskeleton Evaluation, service offerings can include Dry Needling, Myofascial Decompression (cup therapy), Fascia Manipulation, Blood Floor Restriction Therapy, Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy, and Concussion Prescription.
