Lately, I’ve been reminding myself “day by day.”
Our family is expecting a baby any week now, we’re building out a gym, and raising a young one.
Needless to say, there are a few things going on.
Day by day is my way of turning down the internal dial.
Moderation is great, but it’s no solution.
Eventually, life happens and things speed up.
Create action for yourself where you can find growth, and let go of the things that limit your potential.
You know when it’s going to be a battle to eat well. You also know where you can find help and improve your chances of succeeding.
It’s not the answer to the issue that’s the solution, it’s the action you haven’t yet taken that is the issue.
Answers are good but that doesn’t get you further along in your fitness journey if you don’t take the first step.
There is something you know you need to do in order to improve your chances. Today is as good of a day as any to take that next step.
